Agile Architecture
Architects can bring so much to organisations, helping them gain momentum, delivering faster and faster. Organisations do see this benefit, and currently get notable benefits from employing architects. However, many architects aren’t empowered to help bring about these benefits at scale. For instance, a common perception is that “architecture is a blocker”, as opposed to “architecture is an accelerator”.

I’ve wanted to put down a few ideas and thoughts down around how to enable architects to speed up organisations for a while. This website is to help give architects fresh ideas on how to help organisations become more agile. Conversely, it should help senior leadership see how they can work with architects better, to help deliver that acceleration across an organisation.
I didn’t want to publish anything big & heavy and, hopefully, you will find the site format of small posts easy to digest. I’ve grouped the content into loose themes to help the ideas come across more clearly.
